Happy Fates Released Day!

Fates Released, book two in the Fates Chosen Series, is now available on Amazon KU, Kindle, and soon to be paperback!

As a quick reminder, below is a summary of Fates Released:

In a world on the edge of chaos, two sisters stand on opposite sides of Fate.

Evie and her friends, haunted by what happened on the Isle of Agreevas, grapple with loss and the weight of a looming battle as the future of their world hangs in the balance. Their tight knit group is in shambles. Each of them dealing with the fallout of what happened in their own, seemingly destructive, ways. Amidst political pressures and an impending war, decisions must be made.

Delainey, torn between the affections of a once lost love and the insatiable hunger for power, must confront a darkness within herself that could consume everything she holds dear.

Here’s some more of what you can find inside:

✨Lovers to Enemies to Reluctant Allies
✨Forced Proximity
✨Magical Visions
✨Soul Bonded
✨A Sprinkle of Political Intrigue
✨Side Quests
✨Multiple POV
✨and a dash of spice!

I’m particularly excited for this book because you’ll get to see inside the minds of multiple characters. I know multiple POV isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but if you love complex characters and truthful character development that you can resonate with, I implore you to at least give this series a go!

I am a HUGE fan of writing character driven stories, which I found out very early on during my writing process. As humans, we feel such strong emotions every day of our lives. Why would characters in a fantastical world be any different?

It was very important for me to have the characters be relatable. That meant their emotions needed to be messy, muddled, raw, wishy-washy… I mean for crying out loud, would your head be on straight after experiencing what Evie and her friends did on the Isle of Agreevas?

I, for one, would be a fucking mess.

Fates Released is set just months following the events that happened at the end of Fates Chosen. Although it is technically book two, it is incredibly important to read Fates Ruined: A Fates Chosen Novella BEFORE reading Fates Released. This is due to the fact that character dynamics are introduced in the novella that are important to the remainder of the story, and will help greatly with context as you continue to read.

Recommended Reading Order:
Fates Chosen > Fates Ruined: A Fates Chosen Novella > Fates Released

So, my fellow readers, I’ll leave you with this; my hope is that you’ll enjoy this book as much as you *hopefully* enjoyed the first two. If you’re an artist and bring these characters or any piece of this world to life, tag me on IG—I would love to see it!

Until next time!
